Privacy and audience measurement

This site measures its own audience to understand how it is used. Nothing here is shared with advertisers or anyone else.

• No cookies are used for measurement. A random identifier is kept in your browser for 13 months at most, never extended, so a visit on another day can be counted as a return. The server stores only a hash of it.
• Your IP address is never written down: it is used once, in memory, to find the country.
• What is recorded: pages viewed, time spent, searches, clicks, videos started, ads seen, the answer to the age question, when the tab is left and found again, which video thumbnails were on screen, the browser’s language and network type, and page errors.
• Measurement data is kept for 13 months, then deleted automatically.
• Do Not Track is honoured: when it is on, nothing is sent. The button below stops the measurement in any browser.
